Steppin' Out

Robyn and I had a memorable date night on Feb. 22nd; it ranked up there with the time we celebrated our wedding anniversary at Cracker Barrel and Wal-Mart. Anyway, this one started at the full service car wash for the dire needs of my vehicle. Then dinner at a budget Benihana with a non-Japanese chef and a table full of friends we had never met. The fun times fulminated as we went to Goodwill for a rare moment of thrift store shopping. We left $52 later after hearing some choice tunes from the 80s. Speaking of music, in a later posting I shall share a review of a CD I encountered last summer by Gheorghe Zamfir, the Romanian pan flutist.
