She had a knack for karate when we lived in New Hampshire; we never found a place in Texas and then in time, she was geared up for dancing, singing, and sports instead.

I love this face! The solitaire game she learned how to play at age 4 or 5, and particularly our favorite "Rod Stewart" wig that she wore (for fun, obviously) and often added a bunch of my clothes to the mix. Ted donned this wig for a ward Christmas party when we were supposed to come dressed like travelers of Jerusalem; he coupled it with a knitted hat, a white bathrobe, and plastic sandals. One friend, who saw him from a distance, asked if I had brought a homeless man to the ward party! :)
