THE NYC FOOD TOUR
by Erin and Mike Allen
with help from some professional guide they met :)
This photo ended our trip but starts our photographic journey:
dining at Pomodoros on Columbus and 70th Street
with my nephew, Johah; his parents, Erin and Mike
and my Brooklyn-residing sister, Emily
who is also a Gemini like moi.
If you want the best food of your life, go to NYC and ask my brother, Mike, and his wife, Erin, to take you on the NYC food tour of the Lower East Side.
LITTLE ITALY

I love your awesome commentary- so well said, all of it! And I love your photos. Most of these I hadn't seen before and it was so fun to relive your trip with us through this awesome post.
Sigh... such great food, such great memories. We still miss you guys like CRAZY!
love you dearly!
Wow! You really know how to eat on vacation! I'll have to try some of these places next time I'm in NYC. I've heard about the Vietnamese sandwiches but haven't found any at our local Viet restaurants here.
What a blast! I'm lovin' these photos and am green with envy. Spring 2011!!!
