Our yearly tradition of finding a family in need and rounding up tons of "elf help" to deliver an exciting bag on Christmas Eve is going stronger than ever this year! We have Nick's principal on board: she emailed all teachers and staff with the needs of this family (lives in our school boundaries and has 2 kids there); then we have received
all kinds of donations from neighbors and friends.
It is WONDERFUL!!!! We have enjoyed doing this our whole marriage: not that we have had lots of financial extra (especially the first 10 years of marriage), but we always know someone in need, and we have lots of friends who want to serve/help/bless/reach out, but don't know who needs help.
So this year, I made a blog to document the families' needs and what we have received. it's been so fun!
