Nick ran about 49 laps (around a smaller course than the mile one) set up outside his school for the annual fundraiser, Boosterthon, which is the way our PTA makes over $20,000 each year (after overhead given to Boosterthon staffers). The staffers come to our elementary school daily for a few weeks and talk about Courage, Persistence, Loyalty, things like that, with the kids.

Our principal was Cruella DeVille and her Vice Principal was a dalmation (very cute!!)
Teachers had to dress up because the kids and families at our school received donations from ALL 50 states! The teachers looked great, but this took the cake!
I dance to all the sweet music they play: disco, classic rock, pop and cheer the kids on, give high 5s, and generally hold my own hour-long aerobics dance class in the middle of the track :) I LOVE IT!

Got my hair all cut off by Holly when she was here in January! Ted was relieved...I can't say exactly what he said to me, but he was happy to see my long, parted-in-the-middle, no style, look gone!
