Pourquoi Enos ?

I love "The Dukes of Hazzard." It is quite relaxing to kick back with the good ol' boys, listen to the 70s era music, and muse on how Uncle Jesse and my dad are long lost cousins. Miss Daisy and the car chases and crashes make me proud to be a man. The world would be a better place with more people like Cooter around. Roscoe is an (endearing) idiot, and Boss Hogg is exaggerated to the point of helping the show's moral lessons to sink in. I am barely into Season Two of DVD viewing but this is a great pastime. You never know which washed-up has-been actor got their start as a guest star on this amazing series. I am concurrently viewing old episodes of ALF, which I first enjoyed beginning in 1987. Happily, one of the first episodes I ever saw dealt with ALF's Gilligan's Island fascination. ALF's sarcastic and sardonic nature is unrivaled. There is a fair amount of tension between our hero and father Willie but ALF serves as alien ex machina to usually save the day in the end.
