Running update: He is preparing for a 10K and runs about 5 miles on the weekends and about 3-4 during the week! Way to go, Ted!!!!


Face Painting Tributes: to Dad and to BYU
Most races have face painting and other activites afterwards, which the kids love.

This particular day, I was running alongside the kids to be at the finish line before Ted got there (I only ran about 40 yards from car to finish; that's my running). Anyway, somehow I got tangled up with Nick and fell crashing to the pavement, camera in hand, water bottles in the other hand; thus, I could not catch myself, and while Nick somehow escaped unscathed, I was scratched up, bleeding, aching, and bruised for over one week!!! It could have been on America's Funniest Home Videos Kluz Week for sure!
